If you want to learn knifemaking from Jan personally, then you can attend one of his Basic Fixed Blade Hunter courses. Jan has a background in taxidermy (the art of preparing, stuffing, and mounting the skins of animals with lifelike effect) where he saw a colleague make a quick knife out of an old bandsaw blade.
