Hello, my name is Herman Venter. I am a hobby knife maker that lives in Pretoria South Africa. I am a Service manager at a Refrigeration company and in my spare time I love knife making. I went on a knife making course at Herbst Knife making Academy in September 2017.
So I have been making knives for 9 years now and have transitioned toward folding knives. That was always the goal. I love the traditional slip back folding knives and also make liner locks. Including full custom left hand liner locks on order.
This journey is far from over...
